After eight years of impressive growth, Lancashire Trade Frames is about to embark on the next exciting stage of their expansion and have partnered with Promac, the window and glass industry’s leading supplier of machinery and service solutions for over 31 years, to ensure it is a success.
John Anthony, Business Development Manager of Lancashire Trade Frames explains:”These are exciting times for us as we have recently purchased 35,000 square foot of factory space in order to double our manufacturing capability. Committing to a £400K investment in the current market may seem risky to some, but despite the economic conditions we have continued to grow year on year and our plan is for that to continue. We have recently employed an additional Sales Representative as we plan to expand our area and aggressively target potential customers.”

Jamie Munday, Regional Sales Manager at Promac continues:”Lancashire Trade Frames has purchased 3 Urban machines: a AKS6610 8 head welder, a SV800 CNC Corner Cleaner and a AKS5550 4 head inline turret welder. The 8 head welder will be incorporated into the existing welding and cleaning line and interlink it with the other 8 head and 4 head welder currently in situ – all of which will be linked by a moveable table delivering frames and sashes to the two corner cleaners. All of the equipment is fully online with bar coding including a manual loading station. The inputting of frame or sash information or changing of switches relating to profile on the welders or corner cleaning is all fully automatic via the radio bar code scanners, eliminating manual input errors and streamline production.”

John Anthony concludes:”When we are in the market for machinery, we would never go to anyone other than Promac. We have a fantastic longstanding relationship with them and they have always helped and supported us over the years. The service we receive from them is second to none and the same can be said about the products they supply.”
